Sunday brunch is my absolute favorite thing to do in San Francisco. I have a few go to spots but often enough I try out a new spot hoping to add it to the mix.
The girls and I decided to try Sweet Maple in Pac Heights. We were going to watch a movie at Sundance Kabuki so it was a convenient hop and a skip from there.
Pros:
Free coffee while you wait.
Food came out fairly quickly and exactly as we had ordered.
Traditional menu with a few twists.
Cons:
Very very very long wait. We arrived at 10.30 am and were seated by Noon.
The bar area is not self seated. You can grab a drink but seating is for seated patrons only.
Not a lot of parking options in the area.
Food:
We ordered the sweet potato tator puffs, eggs over easy, french toast, and an omelet. The French toast was absolutely delicious and came with fresh strawberries and blueberries at no extra charge.

Overall I liked this brunch spot. I would come again but maybe at an earlier hour and with no plans for the rest of the day. People tend to linger here and I can see why.
